The Bells appeal from the trial courts January 15, 2003 order that granted Katers petition to file her appeal from the November 1, 2002 order and judgment nunc pro tunc. We conclude that Katers appeal must be quashed as untimely. We further conclude that the Bells appeal must be dismissed as moot.
